This bag is big. Very roomy and can easily be used for a weekend get away. The only improvement I would make is an inside divider or pocket. There is a small bag inside but not large enough to put very much in.

I just got this bag today and I was super excited to open the box. I have been eyeing this bag for a while to use for short travel and daily use when I need to bring a laptop and and a jacket with me. The delivery time was as promised. Plus the people at customer service are all wonderful. The bag is light and perfect for an airplane hand carry luggage too. The material is also nice. I could have given this 5 stars but the bag that was sent to me has some stitching quality issue. The end part ear of the zipper looks like it was not sewn in a the right manner. ( see attached photo) Plus I am worried that the shoulder strap handle will separate from the body of the bag if I use this as a hand carry for traveling if put 12 lbs inside. There is only one straight stitching that connects and supports the whole bag. They could have done better like the other tote bags that delsey has. As much as I am not that much happy with the bag I have decided to keep it as I hate returning stuff that I order. I will only rate this as 3 stars and the 4th star is for the amazing people at the customer service Latisha and Cynthia.

This is a great vacation bag. It holds all my things along with my husband’s, son’s and etc. this is one of the best bag I have ever had. It is heavy duty, sturdy, and looks great. I am very impressed with this product.
