Q: How does the built-in USB port work?

A: The built-in USB port requires an external battery (sold separately) that can be connected and then stored within the dedicated interior pocket. Connect your device via the built-in USB port with the charging cable that came with your device.

Q: How do I clean the interior lining?

A: The interior lining is fully detachable and machine washable in cold water, so you never have to worry about dirtying the inside of your suitcase. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and it’s clean and ready for your next trip.

Q: How Do I Set the TSA-Accepted Lock?

Set the Code to 0 - 0 - 0 (Default Code)
Using a Pen, Press the Metal Button
Set Your New Code
Push the Lock to Release the Zipper Pulls
Write down your new code and keep it in a safe place

Using a Pen, Press in the Metal Reset Button
Push the Lock to Release the Zipper Pulls

Wonderful luggage piece for consistent travel
I have had the Ivory (basically white) trunk spinner for almost two years. I consistently travel for work, maybe once or twice a month for 4-6 days. I take this for those work trips and I absolutely love it! I have Monos and Samsonite luggage, which I will occasionally use if my work trips are shorter durations, maybe 1-3 days. Since I travel for work I am constantly taking my work equipment with me, which I have extra monitors, workbooks, etc, that I have to pack with me. FYI, this item is check-in only, not carry on. This trunk has never failed me. The handle is pretty sturdy, it doesn't raise up too high which I prefer because the longer the handle the more wobbly it can get. The wheels are 360, which is amazing and I love them. I haven't had issues with the wheels and on carpet, they are pretty good. If the carpet is thick, its been ok even though how heavy (less than 50lbs) my luggage can get, and I have no issues if the carpet is "thin". I have taken it on cobblestones, smaller ones, not Europeans large ones, and it held up. I had to keep the handle lower so I could navigate it better, but the wheels still work and no cracking! Since I got the ivory color, yes, I have a ton of scratches, marks, etc, on my trunk... honestly, I don't care. I think that adds character and each time I look at a mark or scratch it reminds me of that travel. I have now started putting stickers on it because I travel so much that its becoming a staple piece in my life. I actually purchased…

The Tardis of suitcases
This suitcase is honestly bigger on the inside than the outside. I got out everything I thought would fit in it and it was only 2/3s full. We bought another one.
