Not the right fit? Return unused items within 100 days of shipment for a full refund. We provide a prepaid return label, and refunds go back to your original payment method. Just note that a small return shipping fee ($25 for suitcases/duffels, $15 for small bags) is deducted unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
