This suitcase is honestly bigger on the inside than the outside. I got out everything I thought would fit in it and it was only 2/3s full. We bought another one.

I wrote a review about this luggage three other times. I bought the white luggage and there is a picture of it in the review right below this I think. I have struggled with the handle. There was about 5 inches of play both ways. Delie said they would send out a new handle. It took a while, and quite a few emails and I will say, they finally sent out the handle/trolley and I received it today. They sent me the wrong color, not sure what to do. The new handle definitely doesn’t have the play or movement that my other handle has. The handle the luggage came with is silver, and I like that color, the one they sent me is solid black. Not sure what to do at this point.

This is the third time I am writing. You say that you are sorry and concerned about 5 year warranty that you are still ignoring. Ive asked several time now and still do not get a reply. When will you send out the new trolley handle that you said you would send out. I still have not received an answer regarding this problem. Again, luggage is new but I am past the time of being able yo return it. 3 months old. The least you can do now is live up to your commitment and let me know you sent out the handle that is unusable. Can I please get a reply, this is going on over a month now.
