I bought this on clearance with no return allowed. I was aware of that but receiving the item I noticed the inside had been left half zipped which was odd and then looking at the wheels they were clearly dirty - so this was probably used.
That being said the spinner itself is attractive and roomy. It replaces another Delsey that went with me on 6 overseas trips and several more trips in the US.

What is the safest way to remove the paper label that is stuck under the zipper and trim piece on the edge of the carryon luggage without damaging anything?

For safely removing the paper label from under the zipper and trim area, we recommend gently warming the label with a hair dryer on low heat for about 30 seconds to soften the adhesive, then carefully peeling it off starting from one corner. If any residue remains, you can use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a soft cloth to gently remove it without damaging the luggage material. Take your time and work slowly to avoid any potential damage to the zipper or trim. We appreciate you choosing DELSEY PARIS and hope you enjoy traveling with your new luggage!

Many things about this i like. Shape and size are perfect. And it held up to the abuse of the luggage handlers at 2 airports. Problems: it doesn't handle well on carpets. I really struggled with it. The second issue is that it is not expandable. Big problem since i was given gifts in my travels and ended up carrying them in my carryon luggage. Third problem: how would you know this without trying it and now i cannot return it or exchange it or anything. Kind of stuck with it. So i will not buy through Delsey again. Disappointing.

Buyer beware.
I purchased the Cruise 3.0 Carry-On Plus expecting it to offer increased packing capacity compared to a standard carry-on and to be comparable to prior Delsey “Plus” models.
While Delsey measures 19” at the interior zipper seam, the actual flat packing base — where items sit — measures approximately 17–18 inches due to the tapered shell design and interior handle rail placement. This results in noticeably reduced usable packing space compared to earlier Delsey Carry-On Plus versions.
In practical use, this suitcase fits strict international carry-on guidelines. It functions as a standard international carry-on rather than what many customers would reasonably expect from something labeled “Plus.”
If you’re purchasing this expecting expanded capacity compared to a regular carry-on or older Delsey “Plus” models, you will not find it here.
Very disappointing as a long-time Delsey customer. Customer service was equally disappointing. Overall, not the experience I expected.
