I took a very long time to select this luggage and it arrived promptly. Everything was in working order, but the color was more of a bright white rather than champagne. as described. It did not have the elegant look I had hoped for. Also, I was quite frustrated with how many attempts I needed to make in order to return. Eventually, I was able to do so with a $25 shipping fee. I don’t think I would order directly from the manufacturer again, but I would order and did a higher line of their suitcases. I hope this helps.

When asked if they would expedite the correct shipment and arrange a pick up for the return - I was told they would pay for the return which meant I had to drag the box to UPS to return something I did not order.
