I am incredibly disappointed and shocked by my recent direct experience with Delsey Paris. I'll tell you about the item itself and then my experience with Delsey, :
In addition to the the Chatelet Air 2.0 Beauty Case in Burgundy, I spent nearly $700 on a multi-piece luggage set, including a carry-on, checked bag. I combed through reviews on Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram for weeks, noticing warnings that their reputation was sliding downhill, but anxiously pulled the trigger anyway. I completely regret it.
First, the case itself: It's a beautiful case, but not that functional or practical for how heavy it is. There is a middle divider in the case that does not actually fit. It's removable, but if you want it, good luck, because it keeps popping out. The case is totally useless if you're trying to stay organized, and its very heavy, I end up putting more organizer IN the case and after that I ended up leaving it home because it became too heavy.
Now for my experience with the company. My beauty case arrived with multiple deep, visible scratches slashed across three entirely separate surfaces: the textured front panel, the protective side trim, and the rubberized zipper border. This wasn’t airline damage—it came straight out of the factory shipping box like this, proving atrocious quality control on their manufacturing floor. I have been looking for a beauty case like my mom had years ago; part nostalgia and part needed the space. Delsey Paris Beauty Case came up in an Internet search and I bought it. When it arrived, I was so thrilled to find a beautiful, quality Beauty Case. Took it on a recent trip and the beauty care is in glass bottles. They fit well in the side pockets and protected from the outer shell. After this positive experience traveling with delicate items, I am going to build my collection of Chalet Air.

I bought the pink case to match my luggage. I receive so many compliments but at the end of my trip the elastic part that allows the case to be carried on my large suitcase broke. It’s just not sturdy enough, It would flip flop every time it was on my suitcase. The material needs to be stronger. I emailed Delsey and they instructed me to pay for shipping and send the case to an authorized dealer. I feel Delsey should pay for shipping since I only purchased this in May and used in once in September

I bought this item with the Chatelet Trunk and Duffle in Pink. It was so adorable and fit perfectly into the Duffle. You can even slide this on the outside of the suitcase.
