I ordered two blush pink delsey paris chalet air 2.0 and received one in blush pink and the other the wrong color blue. It was a little difficult figuring out the return process because you have to request a refund and wait for it then reorder the item. Really wanted the item sooner and a better customer service. It would be nice to have the option to call customer service and have the item rushed seeing as it was a shipping issue.
