We have bought three JEEP duffle bags last year and withing 3 major trips, they start fulling apart. We know that bags are being handled very roughly by the airport people (and that would be the reason to deny and reject any warranty), but we do have and used other duffle bags that lasted for many years, and we expected at least that much from this exclusive brand.
