Nice bag but handles frail quickly
I purchased this from Macy's store less than a year. I love the bag but the handles have started to frail.

Great bag, lousy customer service. Price went “on sale” one week after purchase, 59.99. Sent a polite email to Delsey customer service, asking if possible for a refund of the 20.00 since bag went “on sale” one week after purchase. Absolutely not was answer. So I sent it back for a full refund as bag was unused, still in box ( was going to be a gift). Back to Samsonite- excellent customer service at that company. PS: I had previously purchased two of the Delsey Chatelet bags, plus two roller bags, so not my first purchase with Delsey. But my last.
