Took the medium checked luggage on one international trip. The shaft inside the bag where the handle sits became bent while on travel and now you can't pull the handle out very easily or put it back. Took the bag to an authorized service repair shop when I returned and was told the damage isn't covered by warranty and is considered "normal wear and tear." Would cost $60 to replace the handle which is almost half the price I paid for the bag. Not worth spending money on if it's that fragile and Delsey doesn't honor it's manufacturing warranty.

Roomy, LIGHT, suitcase. I like the built in lock. True test will be how the wheels and case holds up. The reason i bought this is my hard sided delsey cracked after a couple years of use.

This suitcase is a little smaller than the old Delsey it replaced but it seems to hold just as much and is so much lighter. I've only used it for road trips so far so can't comment on how it holds up to flying, but I've been impressed at how sturdy it is despite being so light. I also love the green color, which stands out in a sea of black but is still subtle and sophisticated. Overall very very happy with this purchase!

I had a Delsey that was quite old, very heavy and finally showing travel wear. I absolutely love my new Delsey, the way the wheels turn, the light weight, easier zippers and it's own locking system.
