How to Set Your TSA-Approved Lock:

  1. Set the code to 0 - 0 - 0 (default code)
  2. Using a pen, press the metal button
    set your new code
  3. Push the lock to release the zipper pulls
  4. Write down your new code and keep it in a safe place

    Great suitcase/Excellent customer service

    I Purchased this suitcase for a 2-week trip to Italy it had more than enough room for all of the clothes I brought with me, I have also used it for a trip to Turks and Cocios, I had no issues whatsoever I always had enough room. And the suitcase held up fine, I was taking a trip to Michigan to go visit my Grandchildren and when my suitcase arrived at Baggage claim one of the wheels was broken off, I do not think it has anything to do with the quality of the suitcase, I believed it was just mishandled by the airline, I contacted Delsey about getting a replacement wheel assembly, There customer service sent me a brand new suitcase, now that is customers service, This issue was no fault of Delsey, it was great customer service, Thank You
