I haven't used this yet, hopefully I won't be disappointed. I purhased it for a trip to Italy in Sept. I am also hoping that I get lucky and the airline is forgiving on the 2" larger than it's supposed to be, I don't think they should count the wheels but I am prepared to pay the extra dollars if they hit me with an oversized charge. I was a little disappointed in how flimsy the pull handle is I feel they should use a little stronger metal. Another thought of mine is why not make some type of retractable wheels that can be pushed inside for protection during the flight and easily popped out when you retrieve you luggage at the luggage carousel?

I understand the marketing and all and that people just don't want the fatigue associated, but I wish Delsey had at least one large expandable spinner with the two recessed wheels instead of the spinner wheels. I feel like spinners aren't as effective for people who want durability.

This is my start with the delsey paris franchise. At first I didn't know about this brand, the logo caught my attention so I decided to search the name on Google. I found an incredible brand that has lasted me too long, too elegant and very good quality products. I have been using Delsey for about a year and a half and I recommend it. I usually fly 3 times a month from Monday to Friday to up to 4 different states in the US. I have used this product and it has never broken in any way. I recommend this carry-on 100%
