Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, return the unused item within 30 days of the original shipping date for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend insuring your return package and keeping the shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

Refunds

You'll be refunded for the merchandise total plus applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges paid at the time of ordering are refundable only if the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

How to Return Items

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Report damaged or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery. Contact customer service with photos of the product. If confirmed, we'll provide a pre-paid return label and shipping instructions. Once we receive and validate the return, you'll be refunded the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.

Lost in Transit

Report lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. Before contacting customer service, check your immediate area and track your package online. If you can't locate it, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
