Extended Return Window for the Holidays
Orders placed between November 28, 2024, and December 25, 2024, have an extended return window for holiday gift giving. If purchased within this timeframe, the last day an item can be returned is January 25, 2025. Please note that the item(s) must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, return the unused item within 30 days of the original shipping date for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend insuring your return package and keeping the shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
Refunds
You'll be refunded for the merchandise total plus applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges paid at the time of ordering are refundable only if the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Once the item(s) are received a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days for your funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Report damaged or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery. Contact customer service with photos of the product. If confirmed, we'll provide a pre-paid return label and shipping instructions. Once we receive and validate the return, you'll be refunded the item price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.
Lost in Transit
Report lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. Before contacting customer service, check your immediate area and track your package online. If you can't locate it, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
