I've had this very reliable carry-on spinner for several years and brought it on the plane with no problems at all - passes all the size requirements. The laptop pocket is super-convenient, and the padding seems adequate for the job; I can even fit in 11 x 17 " tabloid size sheets without any problem. I can *just* fit in the clipboards that accept the tabloid size sheets and zip the pocket up without marring the pages attached to the clipboard. This is essential for me, because I'm a landscape designer and the tabloid size sheets are standard for every day.

It's rolled over pavements, cobblestone, carpet, marble, even, when I see a client in their garden, over bumpy backyards with grass - no problem. I wouldn't take it over rough terrain for fear of marring the wheels, though.

It's survived rough handling in the back of a SUV, accidentally falling to the ground on more than one occasion - the computer wasn't harmed, and the matt surface hardly shows nicks and scratches after all these years. I think if it gets serious scratches, I'll just cover them with stickers that say "Paris" or "London" or "San Francisco" or "Kyoto" or "Bruges" (places I've actually been to, and admired the gardens while I was there). Have Delsey, will travel!

I’ve had this suitcase since 2013!! It still works as well as the day I got it after traveling the world and hauled along on MANY road trips. The silver definitely shows a lot of scuffs and occasionally scratches, but it has never cracked or separated anywhere. And sometimes I’m packed it tight! Tip for the wise, this is a smooth texture material so most scuffs wipe off with a magic eraser. I got this as a set as an 8th grade graduation gift. I’m nearly 30 and don’t plan to retire them anytime soon, I actually am seriously considering getting another to add to the set now that I know it’s still available!
