Reviews Summary

Customers say this carry-on is lightweight, spacious, and rolls smoothly through airports with its four-wheel spinner design. The expandable feature and front laptop compartment make it ideal for organizing essentials. Many praise its durability and stylish appearance. However, some report handle sticking issues and exterior scratches after minimal use. The hard-shell construction protects belongings well, though a few note the front compartment's zipper placement can be inconvenient. Overall, travelers appreciate its capacity for weekend trips and international flights, with most finding it excellent value for frequent or occasional travelers.

Helium Aero 21 inch carry-on suitcase
This is the second Helium Aero 21 " carry on I bought. On the first one , the retractable handle would stick at the most inopportune times ( In the plane aisle) and could not get it to go down. I wrote to Delsey Paris and sent pictures but they did not respond. I bought another to match the rest of my suitcases. So far this suitcase is working well !!

Laptop pocket
I really wanted to love this suitcase. This takes up a lot of storage space in the suitcase leaving only a small area for clothes, shoes, and accessories.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our Helium Aero Carry-On. We understand your concerns about the laptop compartment's impact on the main storage capacity. While the dedicated laptop pocket is designed to provide protected storage for electronics during travel, we recognize that this feature affects the overall packing space available for clothing and other essentials. Your observation about the balance between specialized compartments and general storage space provides valuable insight that will be shared with our product development team as we continue to refine our designs. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Sturdy
Thrilled with sturdiness and wheels - SO disappointed with zipper in divider opening to the center - and not the top.
