Here's helpful luggage size recommendations:

  • Carry-On: Ideal for 2-3 day trips and fits 3-5 outfits. Smaller carry-on fits overhead on most international and US airlines.
  • Carry-On Plus: Ideal for 3-5 day trips and fits 5-7 outfits. Larger carry-on fits overhead on most US airlines.
  • Medium Checked/Trunk: Suitable for 1-2 week trips and fits 10-12 outfits. Must be checked on all airlines
  • Large Checked/Trunk: Perfect for trips over two weeks and fits 15-21 outfits. Must be checked on all airlines

How to unlock your suitcase for the first time?

  • Set the code to 0 - 0 - 0 (Default Code)
  • Using a pen, press the metal button
  • Set your new code
  • Push the lock to release the zipper pull
  • Write down your new code. Keep it in a safe place

How to clean and care for my luggage?

  • Hardside Luggage: Clean with warm water, soap, and a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Remove marks with a stain remover.
  • Softside Luggage: Clean with gentle soap diluted in water and a soft brush. Rinse and dry with a hairdryer on low. Remove marks with a stain remover.
  • Leather: Treat with leather cream and buff with a soft cloth. Avoid heat exposure. Moisturizing or makeup-removing milk can also be used
  • Eliminating Odors: Utilize baking soda, sun exposure, white vinegar solutions, charcoal absorption, Febreze, or dryer sheets to refresh your luggage.

What is included in the warranty?

  • Limited Lifetime Warranty, 10-Year Limited Warranty and 5-Year Limited Warranty for Wheels, Zippers, Extension, and Carrying Handles.
  • 2-Year Limited Warranty for defects impacting the functional performance of the product.
  • Exclusions to Warranty Coverage: Defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and non-compliance with electronic components.

How do I submit a claim?

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact an Authorized Repair Center. Ensure you have your original store receipt, notice of warranty, or hangtag specifying the warranty to validate your claim.

    Sturdy, practical, and reliable

    This Jeep backpack can be used for many occasions; it is versatile. I stored my clothes for an overnight trip, and everything fit well. I carried the bag in the rain, and everything remained dry - although I have only used this bag for a few weeks, it seems quite sturdy and durable. It is well-designed, and attractive to use. The bag is comfortable against my back, and the straps are well cushioned.

    Nice laptop bag

    Very good laptop bag. The material is exactly designed for the computer and any other flat things. It keeps your stuff dry. You can also add other things you want since there is packing on the top of the bag. Super comfortable and durable.

    Top Notch Durable.Bag

    This backpack can literally hold anything! I took this on a trip with me recently where I was able to hold some clothes, accessories, my laptop, and sandals without it feeling overloaded. The material seems to be really strong, won't rip or tear even if I did overload it and throw it around. This bag really is amazing.
