Great Looks, but Lacking Durability & Customer Service
Stylish but Not the Upgrade I Expected: I recently upgraded my luggage set, expecting more durability than my previous set from a different brand, but unfortunately, it feels almost identical in sturdiness. The design is fantastic—sleek and modern—but it doesn't feel like it justifies the higher price tag. While it’s not necessarily fragile, it does feel just as wobbly as my old set, lacking that premium, stable feel I was hoping for.
To top it off, customer service was a letdown. When I asked for help finding a set with the USA carry-on size specs, I received a couple of links and vague instructions to do the searching myself. I also never got a response to my question about applying a second coupon.
Overall, the luggage looks great, but if you're looking for something more durable or need solid customer support, this may not be the right choice.
