Ordering
You will automatically receive an email confirming all details about your order within one hour of when your order was placed.
If you don't receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours, send us an email via the form at www.us.delsey.com/pages/contact and a Consumer Care Specialist will be happy to check the status of your order. Our Consumer Care Representatives answer inquiries from 9 am - 5 pm Eastern M-F. To check your order status, please provide us with your order number and email address.
Customers may occasionally experience problems that are related to the security settings on their browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc). If you are experiencing a problem when using our website, please send us an email via the form at www.us.delsey.com/pages/contact. Representatives are available to answer your inquiries from 9 am - 5 pm Eastern M-F.
We do not support multiple addresses per order. We recommend placing one order per shipping address.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by going to the Order Status page and entering your order number and email address.
If not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products within 30 days of the original shipped date for a refund. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when defective or miss-shipped products are sent. We DO NOT offer exchanges. Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out as soon as possible, which means that we are not able to cancel or make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.
Prices are subject to change — including temporary reductions as well as permanent increases. The prices of items in your cart represent the current price for which you will be charged.
All online offers and prices are valid for online purchases only and may be different from those at other online or physical retail locations.

You can use PayPal to pay for your orders quickly and securely at Delsey.com. While you’re checking out, select PayPal as your payment method.
You’ll need to sign up for a PayPal account if you don’t already have one. You can do this while you’re checking out after you select it as your payment method. You can also visit PayPal to create an account at any time.
Once you choose to use PayPal, you’ll be taken to their site to verify your financial details, then returned to our site to complete your transaction.

Gifts & Gift Cards
Absolutely! We enable you to have a shipping address that is different from your billing address.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift cards or certificates for purchase on US.Delsey.com.
Shipping & Delivery
We have standard ground shipping available. Expedited or rush shipping is not available at this time. Please check our Shipping Policy to learn more.
Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
At this time, unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Can I ship to a military address?

Product Information
General
Most of the hardside luggage is made of durable polycarbonate shell, a lightweight and impact resistant thermoplastic. This shell will safely protect your belongings while your luggage is on the go.
The softside luggage is made of a couple different materials including Polyester, Nylon, or Recycled Polyester. Each made in a twill pattern to deter from abrasion.

Some collections may be more resistant than others depending on material. For instance, hardside luggage will be more weather resistant than most softside collections. DELSEY offers collections that are made with water resistant fabric with a protectant coating. Please view the specifications under each style to view the material content.
DELSEY is working towards creating more sustainable luggage. We currently offer multiple collections made from recycled plastic and recycled polyester. Please view the specifications under each style to view the material content.

DELSEY does not review any unsolicited ideas, inventions, suggestions, or materials. We do this to avoid misunderstandings if we (or someone we are working with) develop something that seems similar to what you would like to submit.
Product Warranty
We do not require registration to take advantage of our product warranties. If you have any issues or concerns with your product, please review the details of our warranty here: Warranty Information.
DELSEY products are manufactured using high-specification materials and are subject to stringent quality controls. Depending on the product, DELSEY offers a Worldwide Limited 2, 5, or 10-Year Warranty, or a Lifetime Warranty (Warranty Period) against defects in material and workmanship, computed from the date of purchase. Every DELSEY product has a 10-year, 5-year, 3-year, or lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. To find the length of time the warranty is valid, please see the warranty certificate inside your luggage. For more information, see our Warranty Information page.
Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear, and tear, or transport damage (by airlines for example). Visit our Warranty Information page for additional info.
It is preferred that you submit your receipt when you seek warranty service, but it is not typically required. We recommend you register your product and upload your purchase receipt for future reference by visiting our Warranty Registration page. If no receipt is available, we would utilize the manufacture date that is printed inside of the bag.

Product Care & Cleaning
Hardside Care
We recommend warm water and a gentle soap or detergent applied with a soft cloth or sponge. Afterward, rinse thoroughly before allowing it to dry.
Softside Care
We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap (i.e. dish soap) and water with a soft brush. If this is not successful, try a product used for spot removal on clothing such as Spray 'n Wash, or use a foam-type cleaner used to clean car mats or automobile carpets (sold at car parts stores).
If the luggage has an offensive odor, use a 1 part white vinegar and 5 parts water mixture. This may take the odor out but will need to be aired out for a few days. Also, we recommend placing charcoal in the bag for a day or more (depending on the strength of the odor) and closing the bag. Allowing the charcoal to absorb the smell.

Product Locking Instructions
By default, all locks are preset to 0-0-0. For instructions on how to open and reset your lock, see our Locks Instructions page.

Product Safety
We understand your concern regarding the warning on your product. Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity.
