I wanted to love this. I really wanted to ditch my leather backpack and have an elegant solution that slipped over the handle of my 21” carry on. This doesn’t work, though. They put a zipper on the flap that holds this underseater onto the extended handle of the 21” carry on, and the zipper teeth have ripped the handle of the carry on to shreds. There’s not enough give to ease it over, either.
Add to that problem that you can’t open it on the plane to grab a quick something out because of its clamshell opening design and it’s just more frustrating than anything else.
