How to clean and care for my luggage?

Hardside Luggage: Clean with warm water, soap, and a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. Remove marks with a stain remover.
Softside Luggage: Clean with gentle soap diluted in water and a soft brush. Rinse and dry with a hairdryer on low. Remove marks with a stain remover.
Leather: Treat with leather cream and buff with a soft cloth. Avoid heat exposure. Moisturizing or makeup-removing milk can also be used.
Eliminating Odors: Utilize baking soda, sun exposure, white vinegar solutions, charcoal absorption, Febreze, or dryer sheets to refresh your luggage.

What is included in the warranty?

Limited Lifetime Warranty, 10 and 5-Year Limited Warranty for Wheels, Zippers, Extension, and Carrying Handles.
2-Year Limited Warranty for defects impacting the functional performance of the product.
Exclusions to Warranty Coverage: Defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and non-compliance with electronic components.
