    Wheel fell off, BUT Customer Service to replace it was AMAZING!

    This suitcase is nice and lightweight with convenient 360° spinner wheels and a large volume to pack everything you need. It's super basic inside w.r.t. pockets or other organization options. On the first trip that I took it on, one of the wheels broke and fell off, which was very inconvenient. However, the customer service that I received to get a new set of wheels sent out to me super FAST was exceptional (5 stars!). Hopefully, it was just a manufacturer's defect and most wheels are great...thus the 4 star review.
